The Max Levine Ensemble are from Washington DC. They had a lot of members and have stripped down to a three piece over time, including: Spoonboy who does most of the singing/song writing and guitar playing, Bepstein who plays the bass, sings and writes some too.  Nick Popivicci plays the drums and sings a little. They play pop-punk. The lyrics are mostly politically with some sillyness.
